Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy applies to measureplanbuild.com and the calculators, guides, and pages published as Measure Plan Build (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the site”). It explains what information may be processed when you visit the site or contact us.

Calculator information and shared URLs

Calculator math runs in your browser. The site does not submit calculator entries to a Measure Plan Build database or require an account. The print and copy controls use your browser’s built-in features.

When you choose Copy share link, the calculator settings are written into that page’s URL. Anyone who receives the URL can read and restore those settings, and the URL may be retained in browser history, server logs, messaging services, or other services through which you share it. Do not enter or share sensitive or identifying information in calculator fields.

Information processed automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page, browser and device type, and diagnostic or security events. This information is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and maintain availability and security.

Measure Plan Build does not currently run a visitor analytics service or build advertising profiles. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Messages you send

If you email us, we receive your email address and the name, message, attachments, and other information you choose to provide. We use it to respond, investigate reports, protect the site, and keep reasonable business and correction records.

Cookies and similar technologies

The current site does not set Measure Plan Build analytics, advertising, or affiliate cookies and does not require a cookie banner for its calculator features. A hosting provider may use strictly necessary security or load-balancing technology as part of delivering the service.

Before adding analytics, personalized advertising, affiliate tracking, or another nonessential tracking technology, we will update this policy and add any consent or opt-out control required for the technology and audience involved.

How information may be disclosed

Information may be processed by vendors that provide hosting, security, email, and technical support under their own service terms. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a merger, transfer, or reorganization of the site. We do not provide contact messages to data brokers.

Retention and security

Technical logs are retained according to the operational and security settings of the hosting provider. Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, document corrections, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain appropriate business records, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email system, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can use the calculators without an account, decline to send email, remove calculator parameters from a URL, and avoid sharing a generated link. Because the current site does not perform behavioral tracking, browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals do not change site behavior.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Send a request through the Contact page. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when law permits or requires it. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy regulator.

Children’s privacy

The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent us personal information may contact us to request its deletion.

International use and policy changes

The site and its service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Privacy protections may differ from those in your location.

We may update this policy when the site’s features, vendors, or legal obligations change. The revised version will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted when appropriate.
